To log a support request with InterDyn – Remington Consulting, please access our secure 24/7 Client Support Portal that provides our valued clients with a means to enter and manage their active support cases. (* If this is your first time accessing the Client Support Portal, you must first request access.)

Using our Microsoft Dynamics CRM Client Support Portal will maximize the quality of the response you receive from us. Using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Workflow capabilities we are able to accelerate the logging, assigning and response time based on your use of the Client Support Portal Case Request form. Once support Cases are logged into Microsoft Dynamics CRM InterDyn – Remington Consulting manages and tracks activities about the Case until resolved.
